Another ATR 72–800 in the US-Bangladesh Fleet Full Details: As BrandNew joins another ATR 72-800 fleet, the number of US-Bangla Airlines aircraft is now 14. Which is the highest among the private airlines in Bangladesh. The 8th ATR 72-600 aircraft landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka at 8.40 pm on Saturday (March 20).
The newly added aircraft was officially received by US-Bangla Airlines Chief Executive Officer Captain Sikder Mezbahuddin Ahmed and Director Human Resources Musa Mollah.
The newly added aircraft landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport from Frankfurt Airport in France via Greece, UAE and Gujarat in India. After the landing, prayers were offered for the overall improvement of the airline. The newly added ATR 72-800 aircraft has 72 seats. With which more flights will be operated on domestic routes as part of future plans.

It may be mentioned that on 16 July 2014, US-Bangla launched its inaugural flight from Dhaka to Jessore with two Dash7-Q400 aircraft. The US-Bangladesh fleet currently has a total of fourteen aircraft, including the newly added ATR 72-800, including four Boeing 737-800s, three Dash7-Q400s, and seven brand new ATR 72-600s.
Launched with the slogan ‘Fly Safe-Fly Fast’, US-Bangla Airlines plans to add two more ATR 72-800 aircraft to its fleet by June to bring more domestic flights under a stronger domestic network. US-Bangla is also planning to add large-scale aircraft to strengthen international routes soon.
At present, international routes including all domestic routes operate regular flights to Kolkata, Chennai, Muscat, Doha, Dubai, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, and Guangzhou.
